HOW IS DROP OFF DIFFERENT FROM FULL SERVICE?
While full service is necessary for many types of events that require servers, bartenders, catering equipment, and rentals………..Sometimes all you need is the food. We can do that!
HOW DOES THE FOOD ARRIVE?
Your food is delivered fully prepared hot and/or cold and ready to SERVE! Upon arrival, food tables should be set up and covered with linen or paper cloth. We will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the start of your event to display the food. Food is delivered in aluminum containers and on plastic serving trays. B&W will provide labels for all food delivered, with any dietary restrictions on each label, if requested. We will also include plastic serving tongs and spoons. We can provide our eco-friendly disposable paper goods at an additional cost, or you can provide your own. Once delivered, it will be the client’s responsibility to follow food safety rules.
IS THE MENU FOR DROP OFFS THE SAME AS FULL SERVICE?
We customize all our menus. We use as many local + seasonal ingredients as we can to fit into your menu, including Drop Off style. While most of our Drop Off service menu is very similar to our Full Service menu, we design dishes that specifically hold up well for travel-and-setup style of service. Quality is always a priority!
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
Our delivery and set up rates vary depending on guest count and distance. Minimum delivery is $50.00 within 15 mins of our location in Perkinsville, VT and up to $250.00 for further. Minimums may apply. Please note: Coffee service is not available for Drop Off.
MINIMUMS:
There is a minimum of $750.00 for all Drop Offs.
DEPOSITS:
For smaller events between $750.00-$1,999.00, no deposit is required.
Drop Offs greater than $2,000 will have a date deposit due between $500.00-$2,000.00 depending on the size of your delivery.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled delivery, a cancellation fee of $500.00 will apply. If cancelled within 3 days, the full amount will be charged. If the food has already been bought and/or prepared, we will arrange for a donation to our local food shelf.
